how to stop announcing phone number

I'm sure this is a simple question for most users but I've only had the phone for four days. How do I make it stop announcing the phone number of who is calling? I've tried changing the ringtone.

Go to phone, tap menu, scroll to Caller ID readout, select ring only.

From there you can choose ring only, it sounds like your phone is set to readout the ring.

I did that but it still does. Any other ideas?

I did that but now all it does is play the beginning of my ringtone and then announce whoever is calling me. Any other ideas?
