I just rooted the r2d2 leak for you hear it is

As long as you are rooted correctly you are good you will not lose root so I pulled the link. It doesn't include root but wont overwrite it either

The leak has been available for about a week now, and it was rooted when I installed it on my phone.

Use any of the methods posted...the one that doesn't require a PC (I think at the top of the Hacks forum) is very easy to do.
