ICS to Droid 3?

Does anyone know if the droid 3 is getting ice cream sandwich in the near future? Or if at all?

My limited understanding is that no, D3 will not be upgraded to ICS, as the phone does not have the processing power to optimally support this.

it is not receiving an "official" ota
but
hashcode and jonpry and the cm crew are working on building the kexec kernal and making ics and jellybean a reality for d3..
