I have rsdlite installed and i know how to sbf.
I have bootstrap and created a nandroid backup.
I have rom manager premium installed.
What version of cm7 do i download.
Been seeing posts about 10 11 and 12.
From what ive read not really any real changes between them.
Also do i need to sbf back to stock before i flash the new rom?
If i do have to flash back do i just need to be rooted w/ rom manager installed?
Then after i install i have to clear cahce and delvik cache (spelling)?

Any other steps im missing?

Thanks in advance, ps i did a lot of reading but some of these posts are over 50 pages long. :(

Well let me start off this if you are on 2.3.20 stock you are fine and can flash safely to cm7.

If you want the latest nightlys you can go on CyanogenMod Mirror Network - Powered by TDRevolution

To flash just put the file on your sdcard and flash using bootstrap, if your updating cm7 you do not have to restart the whole process over again you can just flash over it

yes i am on 2.3.20 version and i have the full sbf for it and nandroid backup

Where do i find the zip file for cm7?

I looked on cm mirror net page and i couldnt figure out where to look, i think i found it but not sure.

I thought u couldnt use bootstrap (or was that rsdlite that you cant use) but has to use rom manager instead.

AFTER you install CM7, you can't use bootstrap, but you can use it to get CM7 installed initially. Once you have CM7 installed, you can get to recovery by holding the power button and selecting reboot -> recovery, or from within ROM Manager.
