I bought a referb rezound about 2 months ago, worked fine. Now couple times a day it will lock up and reboot. Then it get stuck on the white boot screen for a bit then eventually reboots a few times then come up again. If it works it might work for an hour or for a day then randomly start the process over. I've never rooted the phone, as i dont know how. This is my 1st smart phone just went with basics for the last 15 years. Now maybe i should have stuck with the basics =( Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
