Miserable battery life on AT&T G2

Just wondering if anyone else has miserable battery life with their AT&T G2? When I had it on VZW I could get a day easy out of it. This one barely lasts me a day. Don't really see anything out of the ordinary running. The only issue I have is with this AT&T WiFi thing that likes to constantly turn itself on.

I disabled that AT&T WiFi finder thingy. It did make a difference. It was connecting to everything it could find.

Mine will not disconnect. And it automatically turns WiFi back on.

Actually, I had the same issue with my VZW G2. I found out the satellite was searching constantly because location was set to on. Turned location off, and battery is good to go now. That was my problem anyway.

I've have the same problem on my T-Mobile G2.

I used to be able to get 5 or more hours of screen time before I hit the teens in battery percentage, now I'm getting 3.5 to 4 hours after this update.

Well I went through and disabled all of the AT&T apps. I'm gonna monitor it all day today. If by 11:30pm battery life is still crappy I'm gonna order a Moto X on the one day sale.

Scottysize: I am actually getting better reception with AT&T. And I am paying $70 for 3 data lines than I was paying for 2 on VZW. I don't miss unlimited at all.

Nope I'm good. Only had this one for a few months. I'll wait for the G4.
