Hello all. I am trying to spread the word about the family edition and the root method that has been obtained. If you have a family edition and have been over at the sister site of xoomforums.com then you will know there is a thread there showing that global root has been obtained on the system by the developer Evil_DevNull. At the moment he is charging a fee for the exploit. The reason for this is that the xoom fe he was working on was mine. I loaned it to him to develop a root method for it. When he finished I asked that he send mine back. Now he is trying to obtain enough money to purchase his own Family Edition so he can take this method further. He wants to get us to the point where we can load clockwork mod and eventually load custom ROM's. Once he has obtained enough donations he will release the exploit for free.
