Need help getting email to my Droid

This is my first smart phone and it has me and my "customer service" folks whipped. I need a detailed step by step process to get email sent to my phone.

I have two email accounts. My main is a comcast.net email address with another email sent froma family web site.

The family web site email travels through the Comcast.net servers where they both end up on my home computer in Outlook.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey Hook,
By doing this, will my home computer still get the emails as well in my Outlook?
