New icon appearing after FDR

A few days after the ICS OTA, my Bionic was getting very sluggish so I did a factory reset and while it has made a vast improvement, a new icon has been appearing in between the 3g/4glte icon and the signal strength. I included a snapshot of it here.

Anybody else get this or know what it is. I never saw it before the FDR.

Tough to say what that is. It looks almost like a house, but then what are the very dim symbols above it? Very strange.

You don't happen to have a Verizon home network extender (3G signal booster), by chance, do you?

Network Extender indicator

Fermocell Indicator, to be precise. I get that too and I have a Network Extender.

I haven't done an FDR yet and it started appearing after the ICS OTA update. I remember a thread about this when someone had installed one of the leaks.

Interesting. I see the icon but I know there isn't one around me. And I thought they were locked down to prevent anybody from just "joining" the network.

I don't have a network extender so I'm not sure why it would pop up if that's what it is. It does seem to have stopped now though.

AH HA!! So THAT'S what that is.

I Google stuff all day long and I never bothered to find out what that is.

VZ network extender here, too.
