new member help question

Hi, I'm new to droid forums and I have a droid razr through Verizon. I rooted it, installed safest, ran eclipse Rom, but now I think I bricked it. can someone help. now it won't go to fastboot. the ap one or safestrap . it will only connect to the computer with motocast. I had Rom manager pro and I changed the font. after that it was stuck after boot animation. I disabled safest and here I am! when I try to go to fastboot, the Motorola icon comes up, then my custom boot animation, then a blank screen. any help would be appreciated.
