not recieving texts, intermitten and random

This evening my brother asked me if I received the text he sent me this morning. I did not get it.

What could cause this (First guess would be the network) How can this be fixed? And has anyone else ever had this happen to them on a bionic?

Your first guess would be right. Send a text to him..see if he gets it. Have him send you another. See if you get it. Any issues. Call vzw

I've experienced times where I notice my phone is not connected to vzw in areas where I know the should be signal. Usually I just toggle in and out of airplane mode to cycle the radio. If that doesn't work reboot always has. Sure your bro just didn't send your text to someone else. As mentioned a controlled test would determine if there are issues.
