Nova launcher has been my launcher of choice for quite some time when it comes to a third party launcher. This is the easiest way to clean up your homescreen and get rid of OEM skins like Touchwiz and Sense giving your device more of a stock feel. There is a basic free version of this launcher, but if you purchase the pro version you will unlock some bonus features.
