Pattern lock timeout help!

Hello, I just got the Note 3 today. I set up a pattern lock, but the lock screen only shows every once in a while. Most of the time, it's just an unprotected lock. How can I change my settings so that I have to enter my pattern every time I unlock my phone? I can't seem to find anything under the Security settings.

On the note 2 the settings you need are under "lock screen". Hope this helps.
