Phone is trying to install update (and failing)

My X is rooted running the stock ROM. I'm rooted only for over/under clocking, TiBu, file access and swap out those ugly stock icons in the framework. Other than that it's stock. WHen I saw the update come in I downloaded it, I unrooted and tried to install it but it fails. It appears to "unzip" almost half way then errors out.

any thoughts on how to get it to install without SBF'ing?
