Phone turns off

Randomly with no warning the phone shuts down....twice a week some times when talking sometimes when on blue tooth some time in the middle of the night.

VERY VERY tough to turn back on

Tried the power and Vol up all different combination's of that...battery charged and does not seem to matter if 20% or 100% full.

Sounds like it is overheating/defective. Personally, I'd return it to VZW and get a replacement...

It doesn't matter whether it's the battery or some other part of the phone. Because the battery is not replaceable, the whole phone will need to be swapped out.

The same exact thing is happening with me. However I bought my phone from a private party. Can I still get a replacement from Verizon?
