Running aeroevan's recently posted build of ICS (the one that had stock messaging themed) with Nova Launcher. I'm loving the sliding dock bar functionality that NL offers! Also the music integration into the lock screen is just sick.

how is that ics port running on the inc2? pretty good?

Yeah...The devs have it down to random minor graphics issues and trying to find a bug in the code that makes the launcher randomly force close...but only occasionally. Only other con is that the ICS ROMs for DInc2 don't have the camera working yet.

Granted I can get past these things, I love this ROM. I'm hoping some mild OCing will fix the touch of lag I'm experiencing.
