Pushed Shortcut

A new shortcut keeps appearing on my home screen which I do not put there. It's called "Apps" and it's a link to some kind of website for apps. the "i" info on the page refers to [email protected]

Does anyone know how this thing keeps getting put on my phone, and how do I prevent that.

I have that same problem, except the shortcut is called "Slots". The icon is different every time it reappears, which doesn't make me any more comfortable. I haven't clicked on it, so I have no idea what it does.
