I rooted and was able to get Jelly Bean on my wifes old Fascinate. I got the steps to do in the Phandroid Forum. There was a link to XDA that has instructions for installing other ROMs once on Jelly Bean I believe. I have a question -can I download any of the ones listed (like JellyBro, Paranoid Android JB or Baked Blackbean) and place them onto my SD card and easily switch back and forth just by booting into recovery and selecting which ever one I want? Is it more complicated than that?

You could, but you're going to lose your info every time you flash a new rom because, a responsible flash requires a format to clear all your data so nothing gets funked up.

Thanks B0B0. Backing up apps and stuff isn't a huge deal because I'm basically only using it over wi-fi and as a music player.
