Is there a way to go through start up process without a 4G SIM card? I recently got a new Bionic to replace my old one and took the 4G SIM out to use in my new Bionic. I let my son have my old one and he did a factory reset from privacy and now when it comes up to start and you touch the android guy, it says you have to have a SIM card to use this phone. He just wants to use it as a glorified iPod since everything pretty much worked except for making calls. Wifi worked so he could get online...
