i think listening to music thats stored on SD card drains a ton of battery. Is there a way to store the music onto internal memory?

20% of battery used after two hours
Of music play doesn't sound too bad to me....that equals to 10 hours on a full charge....kinda like my itouch :)

I am rooted How do I move music and video files to my internal memory?

Also is there a way to set the camcorder to record to internal memory? I only have a class 2 micro SD card and I notice much lag when recording, and slight lag during playback...Any one else have this issue?

with root explorer just go to the data folder. thats where the 8gb internal memory is. just make a new folder there and transfer anything from sd to there. make sure u click on mount r/w in root explorer.
