Cuz you didn't buy it from them. Mine says the same thing. Everything works though, enhanced calling, hotspot, all that stuff.

Someone else said that verizon keeps turning off his VOLTE every couple of weeks , and he has to keep turning it back on. Really Verizon.

Mine has been working since Mar 11th when it was released. Non stop. No problems.
