Uninstall custom rom

I am wanting to restore my galaxy back to the default rom. How do I do this?

Already? What was your motivation to root and flash custom roms to begin with?

Just to see what was so special about them. I tried to unroot it but when it rebooted the custom rom was still on there

You can't just unroot to go back to stock. You either have to restore the backup of stock which should have been first priority after rooting, or if you don't have that you probably have to find an official leak and flash it like any other rom to get back to stock.
