http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKWpItoTvfQ]YouTube - Turtle video taken with droid

This is a short video I shot yesterday to test out the video cam on the 'droid, I'm pretty impressed with the quality given the complexity of the scene and considering how crappy the still camera performs.

Thanks, the turtle is an injured kemp's ridley sea turle that is undergoing rehab.

that's a sick turtle

and good example of the phone's video capabilities. looking forward to the camera fix on Dec 11th

The video is truly amazing on the phone, just hope that when the fix the camera the photos are just as good :)

Very nice video, I sure hope the camera can takes some photo's that are that good when we get the software update!

here is a quick video I took at the track last weekend... i had my camcorder as well, but after iMovie edit, compression and upload to youtube, the quality is horrible... the direct upload from the Droid has better quality I think:

BOTH OF THESE TAKEN WITH DROID..........

sorry both the youtube clips are direct from the droid;
the longer video in link is done with camcorder

Great turtle video, hope he is well enough to be released soon. Like the night racing videos as well. Sure hope the software update helps the still camera.
