Lol I bet, I was wondering though are the voltages in your kernel higher or lower than those in the other RZ kernels, Im assuming they are slightly higher? As my droid has not had luck with RZ kernels I think do to, to low voltage.

have you tried Raidzero zepius 250-900 kernel? it rocks for me and a few other people I know of.....

it clearly rocks for me ;)

they are definately lower than RZ's LV kernel. some of the values are about 20% lower.

I am pretty sure RZs kernels are all compcache enabled.
Zepius, is your namesake compcache pre enabled?
Your version is being mentioned all over the forums.
For some reason, Zepius sounds like the translation of a Ziggy comic from Greece or Croatia.

the kernel has the ability to have compcache enabled. i personally dont use it much anymore.

For some reason,

because its a very cool running kernel w/good battery life

Does compcache help with battery life?

That is a great question tee, after deep thought in my man cave, I have come down on the save side.
My reasoning is based on what really eats up the most power.
Especially on GB the biggest power drain seems to come from GB killing things that need to run continuously and them restarting over and over.
Compcache allows you to "virtually" create more memory space. I have to imagine this, as well as larger VM Heap, helps keep certain processes from being killed that immediately restart and get stuck in that cycle eating up the bat.

It may be the opposite on a froyo ROM.

my fone doesnt like RD kernels, or chevy either
I may try the Zepius RD but thats only 900mhz as well. the primed 14th test kernel is working flawless for me but I want higher 1.0 or so. my fone can run 1.1ghz np

Wow thanks for the info, my d1 does not get along with RZ kernels that i have tried, i think do to the low voltage, when reviewing my battery/phone stats my phone never sleeps with the RZ kernels, your kernel being or lower voltages i cane imagine my droid getting along with it, though i may still give it a try, one last question though, is your kernel the same as the other RZ kernels but for the voltages? so the "time in state" stats are disabled in yours as well? Thanks for the info.

Interesting theory on GB's low memory killer, so then it may be beneficial to tweak those settings in GB to try to dial it in best to user specific demands of how your phone used, I have noticed with some of the GB roms i have tried that they all seem to vary with regards to what these settings come set at, for instant UD 3.3 seems to come set at: 8-12-24-28-32-32, I know that CM's settings are much lower & Pete now recommends a setting of
6-10-20-24-28-28, & to be honest I currently have mine set to: 6-10-22-28-32-42.

This kernel okay to use with a froyo rom?
