Wifi question

I've been looking around the forum and searching google, but i can't find if anybody has asked this before, so i don't even know if it's possible. When i'm at a restaurant or other place that has free wifi, but it's slow, is there an app or a way to have my phone force multiple connections to the router to boost my speed? Microsoft has a similar program for pc's called Virtual Network, but can the same be done for my phone?

None that I know of. If you're stuck on slow wifi, why not use your not slow 4G?
