Anyone know how to get the Verizon screen protector off the Droid?

I dropped my Droid last night, got a hairline crack in the screen and the screen is totally non-functional now.

However, the screen protector is absolutely AOK. Tried to take it off and can't figure out how!

Has anyone successfully gotten one off the phone? It's the kind that come in a 3 pack from Verizon, pre-cut for the screen. No glue or anything to attach it--you just line it up and lay it down to apply it. But it won't come off!

You'd think so!:icon_eek:

It's driving me crazy. Maybe I'll try some heavy duty tape or something to lift it off.
