you need metamorph. It's an app from the market.. either free or donate. Donate helps the dev out and gets updates sooner... after ya get it, click on one of the pulldowns you want.. it will auto download.. when it's done, move that file to the "androidthemes" folder located on your sdcard... then open metamorph and run the checks, select unzip new, find the zip you downloaded, close out of the splash screen that appears, hit apply all, continue, after it spins for a few seconds click yes to reboot... Before you do any of this, make a good nandroid back up just in case something happens and if you run any task killers, exclude metamorph from it or it can cause problems....
