[Boot Animations] NHL Boot Animations for Galaxy Nexus

Do you happen to have any tutorials on this? My friend said it was awesome on his phone and was just curious how to make the animation in incase he wanted to swap out pics to keep his boot image fresh and new from time to time.

I dropped some tutorials here.. It gives a good starting point but does not address all the nuances of building boots.. I am more than happy to help guide if needed.

Thanks for the info, i was able to get mine to work by merely extracting the bootloader.zip and then placing it inside the the system/media folder then deleting the default bootloader.zip file with root explorer
