Can I use my old SD card in my new RAZR HD?

I just upgraded from a Droid X to a RAZR HD. My old phone had a 16GB micro SD in it. Can I just pop it in to the RAZR HD? Seems like it might have some system files on it. But I thought it might be an easy way to get my music and photo files onto the new phone.

I have several Droid devices and switch SD cards around alot. I have one for each device. I have 5 or 6 sd cards and all of them work except one that was a fake one I bought
