Can't change Z Force Lock screen Wallpaper

Can't change Z Force Lock screen Wallpaper. Anyone have any suggestions? I can change regular Wallpaper but don't see an Option for Lock screen.

With the latest update I noticed an app called wallpapers in there it has the option to set the wallpaper for the lock screen.

Looks like the 3rd party launcher was my Issue. I used stock launcher and had the option to set lock screen wallpaper.
