charging paused voltage too high

My phone isn't even plugged in. Every few seconds that message (alert) pops up "charging paused. Voltage too high." Restarting phone, removing battery, nothing fixes the problem. I have to keep my phone on silent now because that alert never stops. It drains my battery like crazy!

You may try a Factory reset to your phone. It might help you. Or may be it is a battery issue, you should replace your device battery.
