Copy/paste not working

All of a sudden copy/paste isn't working any more. If I long press a word in, for example, a text file, I used to get two markers I could mark the beginning and end and then copy it elsewhere. No more. Got the new OS. Is it missing here??

you can try wiping cache.

It's the G8 but you were right. Clearing the cache fixed the problem. Thanks much for the diagnosis

glad it worked. sorry about the wrong phone, should have looked at what forum I was in.

Good news bad news. It won't work...again. If I clear the cache after rebooting, it will work. But after a while, it stops working and i have to reboot it again. What a pain in the neck.

That's a little extreme. I'll live with it 'til I get an upgrade.
