d2g trying to flash to straight talk and need help

can anyone help me figure out what im doing wrong i tried to follow these directions Topic: Android Straight Talk CDMA Flash - and i cannot make a succesfull com port it has fail in lan status but all drivers are installed and phone is in pc mode im not sure what im missing
