DM Service has stopped working

I am getting this message every once in a while no matter what I am doing on my phone and then I can make it keep popping up if I check for a system update. Anyone have any ideas?

If you go into Apps, is it listed there? If so, Force Stop, Clear Cache and Data. Restart phone.

Thanks that worked. I couldn't find it in my apps at first but now have all system apps showing.
