Yes this is a serious yet rhetorical question
I used to have a droid 2 global and I had dolphin browser's bookmarks to SD app. when I went to look into Google Play Store I did not find it so how do I get my exported bookmarks importedt to my new samsung galaxy phone? I contacted dolphin and they have not responded back in over a week!

Can you install Google Chrome on the old phone? Import the bookmarks from previous browser to Chrome. Then install Chrome on new device. Bookmarks will auto sync.

^^This. Though you can probably use most browsers to the same effect, I did it with Firefox.

Firefox would have been my suggestion as well. Especially since it supports Flash on Android and Chrome doesn't. Just an fyi that Firefox can sync bookmarks, tabs, history and passwords.

I'm not up to date with the Droid 2 Global. But unless it's a least on android 4.0, Chrome won't work. It only works on 4.0 or higher.
