Dropped in water

Yesterday I dropped my turned on Droid razzer hd in the water. got it out and then pulled the sd card amd the sim cardd out and took a canaster of air and blue into any open areas to get water out. Then put it in rice.
It sat in there over night. this morning I put it back to getherand tried to turn it on nothing happened. Plugged into charger and the green light came on. Still would not turn on. What if anything can I do now Jeff

You really should leave it in the rice for at least 3 days. Radio Shack sells rescue kits made exactly for this. You may want to check your local store.I would keep the battery out leave it in the rice, and do not try to power it up for a few more days

You can't pull the battery on these unless you take the phone apart to do so.

If you can't open the phone to get the moisture out then it may never recover.
