Error code 1000 on SD card

I'm getting a error code 1000 for SD card. Any ideas on what this code means and how can I correct it? Thanks!

I received an error code, as well, this morning, indicating that my SD card had unexpectedly unmounted. Not really sure why, as I have not had any problems ever before. I did a soft reset, holding both the power button and the volume down button, and when the phone turned back on...no problems with the SD card.

I've done that but no luck. Still is not seeing the card. I've had problems with the card popping out on my max hd several times. I'm not sure how it was able but it did.
