Ok there's to oppions as i ve seen to reset the lg vortex to factory settings well first I can't remember my password so I can't do it throgh the privecy section on the menu and unfortunatlly. I can't do the hold home, volume down, way cuz my home button doesn't work wat do I do someone plz help me! I just want to reset the phone.

try holding power and volume down or up. and hold it until it powers on and resets
