Blank Sim from T-Mobile or NET10 instead of Verizon Blank Sim

Does anyone know if I have to use a Verizon blank sim or can I use a blank sim from T-mobile or Net10?

T-mobile and Net10 are selling their sim cards for .01.

I'd rather spend a penny vs. $6.00 on ebay for a verizon sim....
