Green screen tint when cold

My turbo 2 screen gets a green tinted upper part only when it's cold like 50 and below. It's not the green line everyone else has. Now when it's really cold the whole screen flickers green.

Man that is an odd one... Really sounds like a hardware issue to me.... Not sure what we could do with it....
