Gtalk v1.3 with Voice and Video for Gingerbread

ok im on a thunderbolt running cm7. Do i need to delete the old talk apk before flashing this? or change the zip name to update. sorry for the noob questions. just want to make sure before i flash it then come back like doesnt work. why? thanks.

So long as you have Talk.apk in your system/app folder you can flash the TBolt version without deleting anything.

Yea I flashed it already meant to edit that sorry. Good work looks good. Just one question. I tried it with a friend on his xoom and i could see him and my video feed but he couldn't see me? Any suggestions?

Is there a version of this for the TB that's not inverted? I can't see any of the conversation?

So the one that came with the D3 ota is Talk2.apk. Are we going to actually have to have this one themed in order to get inversion on the D3? None of the other inversions of Talk seem to work.
