how do you install stock recovery ?

i have twrp and rooted touchwiz (stock) rom on my verizon s4. how can i go back to stock recovery ?

is stock recovery still there and accessible ? if not, how would i be able to reflash it ?

im on the vruamdk build.

I'd like to get the phone back to Stock so i can upgrade to 4.3 when Samsung releases it this month ....
