HTC Incredible 2 needs help

ok another deal, i've been flashing different roms and setting them up and then backing them up. I keep my favorite which is CM7.1.0.1 I'VE RESTORED IT NUMEROUS TIMES, the other day i flashed a different rom and didn't like it so went back to CM7, during the restore i get an error:md5 mismatch, now i've restored this many times. How would the md5 be mismatched, how or what caused this?
