I had tether, then didn't, now I do again. I had to use the airplane mode thing like 5 times to finally kick it over to get it to work.

Radio Hack

I have personally done the radiocom hack and it works. be very frigging careful using that program! when using the wireless tether app make sure its set to Droid X profile in the app, mine didnt work until i switched that over. hope this wasn't to spastic and that it helps..
