Message not sent

I got a friend who got a Droid Pro. She is getting the. "Message not sent" notification but can't get to that message any idea on how to get rid of it?

Anyone having trouble sending txy messages while connected to wifi over verizon?

I may be wrong...but unless the s4 has the capability.....texts are through the network only...not over WiFi...

Or am I misunderstanding?

I mean when connexted to wifi text messages dont go out at all, over the network or over wifi

I have not had that issue. Texting has been fast and smooth thus far, regardless of my network conditions.
