Will the miui 2021.2.1 work with froyo droidx if so witch bootstrap do I use the x r x2 im downloading now so hope its rite one if not what is lastest miui rom for froyo droidx

You can't flash that, you need the GB kernel for anything GB or ICS. I don't think you can even still downoad MIUI Froyo anywhere, that's like 5 months old at this point and MIUI.US only keeps the download link for the most recent two releases.
