This doesn't actually "hide" apps, just causes the crash screen when trying to run them. Others like a couple I mentioned actually hide them.

You can hide the AppLock app icon with another app, thereby creating the double layer of protection you're looking for.

You can also set "Magic" mode and hide the applock icon, but in order to open it you have to visit a website.

Been using this app for years for what you're looking for one for.
It also doubles as a volume control that without the proper method will be the only thing seen.

Exactly. This is one I recommended. It does hide them, but only with root.

Yep, unfortunately. But it works perfectly on my rooted Moto X.

I really liked it as well, and was sad when I had to uninstall it. Do you have a link to the additional app I will need? And is there a download fee?

Guess I left you at the lead joke... I was referring to the "other" app when saying I love it... Lol

Back on topic, which one are you asking about now?

Omg.....the head on top foxy.

The app lock one. You said there was an additional app that hides the original app lock icon.

And for the record, i grew up with a house full of male testosterone. Nothing much offends me anymore.

Or shocks me for that matter.

Which is why i get along much better with men than women. Women just wanna ***** and nag all the time and talk about like shopping and what not.

It does not take much brain stimulation to decide whether you want juicy couture or jessica simpson purses.

I used photo vault to hide pics & video back in the day. Now I just keep those on Dropbox.

If you've got it, guest mode should do the trick though. Unless you're worried about someone picking up the phone while it's sitting around & your signed in...
Bingo. Someone finsing it laying around when i am not there.
