NO SD Card found ???

Only had my DroidX for 6 days so perhaps this is a newbie issue.

I have noticed on more than one occasion complaints about my phone's use of the SD card. For example, if I create a file using quick office and try to save it to the SD Card I get 'Memory Card Not Available'

This morning I installed PF Voicemail and it gives a similar complaint 'NO SD CARD FOUND'

Is my phone broken?
Is this a known issue?

Should I do a hard reset?


Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

To be honest with you, had I had any problems like this within the first few days of having my A855 Droid 1, I would either be on the phone or back at the nearest VZW store.

take it back.
