Outlook recurring calendar issue

Has anyone else noticed that recurring calendar entries do not sync w/ droid X? It appears all other calendar entries sync fine but if you have a recurring entry - beware - it will not show up on the droid x calendar. Any fixes...

Are you using Google's Outlook Sync, or something else?

I'm using the standard exchange connection that comes w/ the X. In other words, when I set it up I used the "corporate sync" option. It connects back to a hosted exchange server which I use for my PC/Outlook client.
