Perm Rooting Rezound

Hello, I'm looking to perm root my HTC Rezound. But I have came across a few problems.

1.The Things at the top of the forum have not worked for me. OneClickRoot says something often like this "adb server is out of date" and at the end it says Rebooting Phone and it not doing anything on the phone or pc.

2. I was looking into z4mod and was wondering does anyone know if this works?

If you have the OTA, then one click no longer works. You're going to need to root via AmonRa after unlocking. That's currently the only root method. Check the link in my sig.
